A women-led movement for identity, awakening and collective support.
IRIS helps women remember who they are, recognise one another and rise together.
Your identity is the doorway.
The movement is what happens when women rise together.
The IRIS archetypes help a woman name what has always been true. The IRIS ecosystem helps her carry that truth into rooms, relationships, creative expression, leadership and action — with other women beside her.

Founded by Ali Storm.
Built for women remembering who they are — and supporting each other into fuller expression.
Ali Storm
Ali Storm, author of THIRTY-THREE and founder of the IRIS Identity System and Women's Movement, spent 13 years in corporate fashion in New York City before her life changed course entirely. On December 12, 2012, at age 33, a profound awakening experience changed her sense of reality, identity and purpose — what opened in one morning took a decade to fully integrate.
In the years that followed, she became a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor, immersed herself in spiritual communities and learned to hold space for other women's transformation. She worked as an intuitive, led workshops, stepped away, and returned with a clearer mission: IRIS — an identity system and women-led movement that helps women uncover their Signature Archetype, support one another and express their authentic identities in real life.
What began with THIRTY-THREE has grown into a living ecosystem of activations, immersions, declaration gatherings, digital content and cultural rooms where feminine strength is witnessed, supported and amplified.
IRIS is not about women being chosen by existing systems. It is about women recognising themselves, supporting each other and creating new systems of visibility, connection and collective power.
What began as a creative platform has become a larger mission: to help women move from private awakening into shared support, expression and power.
IRIS is the ecosystem.

Women supporting women
Each expression serves one purpose: to help women recognise themselves, recognise each other and turn awakening into connection, collaboration and meaningful impact.
Women lead the movement. Partners serve the movement.
IRIS is guided by Ali's story, the Identity System and the women inside the movement. Wesion provides the relationship intelligence layer that helps the connection continue before, during and after every experience.
Aligned cultural partners may support visibility, access and amplification, but they do not define the feminine centre of IRIS. The centre is women recognising themselves and choosing each other.
