FROM CHILDHOOD WONDER TO WOMEN'S EMPOWERMENT

As a child running barefoot through the rolling pastures of our family horse farm, I discovered something magical—a sense of wholeness, clarity, and connection I could only find in nature. The morning dew on wildflowers, the way sunlight filtered through trees, the smell of the barn.

But as I grew older, that feeling began to fade. The demands of modern life, the pressure to fit into boxes that felt too small, the constant noise of a world telling me who I should be—all of it created distance between me and that authentic self I'd known so intimately as a child.

Years later, when I found myself feeling lost and disconnected despite outward success, I knew something had to change. I was living in spaces that looked perfect but felt empty, surrounded by beautiful things that somehow made me feel more isolated from myself.

Then came my spiritual awakening—a profound recognition of the immense, untapped power that lives within every person. I began to understand that when women are disconnected from themselves, we all suffer. But when a woman remembers her authentic power and lives from that place, she becomes unstoppable.

I also became a mother, which showed me the magical superhero strength mothers carry inside them.

From these realizations, IRIS was born.

I developed IRIS because I realized that most women have been so busy becoming who they think they should be, they've forgotten who they actually are. The IRIS Identity Assessment helps women cut through the noise and reconnect with their authentic essence—whether you're The Redwood, The Willow, The Wildflower, or one of seven other nature-based identities.

IRIS serves a larger mission: empowering women to reclaim their authentic power and use it to heal our world.
